"Building the foundation for a better life.” That’s our mission statement, and we like to think that our homes are the embodiment of this message. Le Jardin Custom Homes strives to build the kind of home that can serve as a timeless piece of architecture for many years to come. We take special care to use the very best materials, craftsmanship, and design, while paying close attention to detail from start to finish.

I opened Flowood Flooring & Design in 2010 and have held a tremendous amount of respect for builders and designers in the area. Growing up in a contractor family that was involved in both residential and commercial architecture, it was not until I became a flooring retail and design proprietor that I truly fell in love with the residential construction industry. Every single day there is something new to learn about home building, and I've come to know that a challenge is simply the gateway to a successful solution. Thinking outside of the box and taking risks has truly been the epitome of what makes each of our homes truly unique.

The base of my inspiration in architecture came via my Louisiana roots, where I was able to view the work of A. Hays Town. Hays Town is, in my opinion, the premier Southern architect and paved the way for quality builders who appreciate unique Southern charm. Some of his design characteristics I try to adopt into a Le Jardin home include pine ceilings, arched doorways, exposed beams, and brick accents, just to name a few. 

A Le Jardin home is an everlasting home--built solid as a rock with timeless design in mind. We hope you can feel the personality, character, and warmth, that we put into each and every home we build!
